These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of bookabeachvacation.com and any bookings or services provided by Book a Beach Vacation (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our site or booking a stay, you agree to these Terms.

Bookings & payments

We rent gulf-front vacation properties in Panama City Beach, Florida. Reservations are confirmed once we send a rental agreement and collect payment. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Rates, fees, and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

Cancellations

For direct bookings, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable. If something comes up, reach out — we’ll do our best to work with you.

House rules

Guests agree to follow the rules in their rental agreement and the policies described on our site, including occupancy limits, no-smoking and no-vaping rules, no parties or large gatherings, and pet restrictions. Violations may result in termination of the stay without refund.

SMS / text messaging terms

If you opt in, you may receive reservation details and informational/check-in text (SMS) messages from Book a Beach Vacation. Consent is not a condition of booking. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to unsubscribe at any time. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. All content on the site is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the “Last updated” date above.
