Chris was unbelievably responsive and more than accommodating. The condo itself was by far the nicest I've stayed in down here in PCB and my family and I have been over 20x. 10/10 would recommend. Will certainly come back again next year.

What an absolutely stunning condo. Recently remodeled and it shows! Hands down one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. The views and sounds of the ocean from the balcony were wonderful. Kitchen very well equipped. Beds super comfy. Pools were nice and not overly crowded. Chris and Lynn were super responsive for a few issues we had come up.

Chris and Book A Beach truly saved our Thanksgiving. We needed a last-minute place on a holiday, and he stepped up immediately. The condo was spotless, exactly as pictured, no odors, no bugs, and no noise — just a clean, comfortable, oceanfront stay. Communication was incredibly responsive, even when we accidentally locked ourselves out — Chris answered right away and got us back in within minutes. Zero issues during the stay.

From the moment we booked the host was already reaching out providing information and ensuring we had a smooth check in. The location couldn't be better — across the street from the beach and right next to Pier Park. The place is perfect for families. Spacious, clean, and kid friendly. The bunk beds with a TV made it easy to put the kids to bed, the pool with zero entry was a huge hit. The thorough guide book and two gaming systems for rainy days shows a host that truly cares about your quality of stay.

The most beautiful condo I've ever stayed in! What a gem! And the view is TO DIE FOR. I never wanted to leave. The amenities are top notch. The pool was great. The beach heavenly. We walked to restaurants every night. I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with the decor and design of the condo. Absolutely 5-star! We'll be back!

Best airbnb I've ever stayed at! The pictures honestly don't do it justice, it's SUCH a nice airbnb and the view and location is unbeatable! We actually asked to stay longer because of how much we loved it! Will 100% be staying here every time I go to Panama City! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

One of the best hosts you will find on this platform! Very attentive to every communication within minutes. Extremely comfortable beds with linens that will make you want to stay in bed all morning! High quality furniture and decorated very well! Great price for quality!

We had an amazing week at Ocean Blue (1805) at the Aqua resort. It was beautifully updated and very clean. We loved the large 85 inch television in the living room. Chris and his team did a great job staying in communication with us and answering all of our questions. Would definitely recommend staying at Ocean Blue. 5 star!

1805 is a hidden updated gem!! The pictures do NOT do it justice because this place is GREAT and oh so CLEAN! It comes with super comfy beds, beach toys for the kids, and the biggest and best HUGE TVs. We loved the updated bathrooms. The host is amazing and took care of us every step of the way! You have the perfect view of the beach. We will definitely look into booking this condo next time!

Chris & Bam are amazing! Super responsive to all my questions and texts and some of the most helpful hosts I've ever dealt with. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. I loved that it was within walking distance to Pier Park and all the great restaurants and shopping. I absolutely will be staying here again!
