Chris made our family vacation such a breeze. Check in went smoothly, he provided us with every single detail down to what we could do before actual check in time to be sure we were prepared. He was extremely responsive throughout the entire week, leaving us with very little room to question anything! The view from our condo was phenomenal and we almost enjoyed being in the condo as much as we did out of it. Gaming consoles were provided which our group specifically loved. I will personally be telling everyone about this condo and how great of a time we had, we are already talking about returning next year.

Everything was wonderful! Perfect location.

We chose this condo for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect. The unit was incredibly clean, and the views from the balcony were simply amazing. We loved the location, it was so close to many activities and a variety of great restaurants. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. We did have a minor issue with the TV remote in the main bedroom, but Chris was very attentive, responded quickly, and resolved the problem right away. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Panama City Beach!

The place was beautiful! The view from the balcony was straight toward the beach and was so nice to see during sunset! Check in was easy, simple, and straight to the point. The beach was just a walk away from the condo and close to everything. Chris and the team made everything so easy and were so helpful during our stay! Outstanding stay! Chris was an amazing host — very responsive, friendly, and welcoming. We traveled a long distance with a toddler, and he went above and beyond by giving us early access to the amenities while housekeeping finished. The condo was spotless, the views breathtaking, and everything exactly as described. We especially loved the patio, the soaking tub, and even the Xbox. We absolutely loved our stay and would gladly stay here again!

Beautiful unit, super clean and well appointed! Great beach access and beautiful pool and hot tub. Near instant response to any questions. Nephews appreciated the gaming systems. The included chair service was such a nice touch, I usually pay extra for that. Incredible value! We had a great week!!

Lovely accommodations that are exactly as the photos. There are many restaurants and fun activities within walking distance. The balcony view of the Gulf is beyond spectacular. We watched 3 incredible sunsets and an airshow! Chris was always responsive and very helpful.

Great location and unit. Very clean and comfortable furniture. Equipped with all we needed to make breakfast and lunch; we ate out for supper. We were there over spring break and had teenagers with us, and they were able to parasail from the Aqua. Also the beach chairs included with the stay were great, and there were beach chairs for the girls in the closet. Chris was a very responsive host.

Very beautiful and extremely clean condo with a fantastic view of the ocean. Loved the easy beach access and 2 free beach chairs. Beach vendors had jet skis available for rental near the condo and other water activities. I really appreciated the responsiveness and help of the condo owner when I got to the parking garage and needed help printing a parking pass. Would definitely rent again.

We had a great stay in PCB! Chris was very responsive. He even let us check in several hours early since the unit was ready. The condo was very clean and updated. The view from the 9th floor was amazing! The zero entry pool area was perfect for families with little ones. We will definitely be booking again.

1805 is a hidden updated gem!! The pictures do NOT do this condo justice. My girls and I have stayed in several PCB condos and this is by far the best one. Not only is this condo beautiful and clean but the HOST IS AMAZING! Chris literally had a care package waiting for us when we arrived! We will 100% be back and it will ALWAYS be this condo.

The view of the beach is completely unobstructed and we were able to walk there every night with three small children without issue. This place is perfect in every way. Chris and management have been the kindest, most proactive hosts I've ever experienced in my many years of traveling. The quality of the home and complex was pristine. Wristbands, beach chairs, boogie boards, gaming systems for the kiddos, all the amenities at the tip of our fingers! Amazing mattresses in every room! Quality pillows and bedding. We were able to truly rest in comfort each evening after being active on the beach. Highly recommend!

This condo is by far one of the best we've stayed at in PCB. The panoramic views of the ocean from the 16th floor were wonderful. It's close to Pier Park and fun bars and restaurants but still quiet and quaint. The condo was beautifully decorated and cozy. All the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed. Communication with the owner was top notch.
