Very beautiful and extremely clean condo with a fantastic view of the ocean. Loved the easy beach access and 2 free beach chairs. Beach vendors had jet skis available for rental near the condo and other water activities. I really appreciated the responsiveness, and help of the condo owner when I got to the parking garage and needed help printing a parking pass (there is a kiosk inside the building on the third floor that will print). Would definitely rent again.

Chris was easily one of the Best host we have ever had! He was very helpful with recommendations on where to go. Anytime we reached out he was quick with a response, and treated us like family. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a very clean and nice place to stay! Very comfortable and had a home vibe to it! I will definitely stay at this Airbnb again!!!

We stayed at Chris’ place over the Christmas holiday, and really enjoyed ourselves. The accommodations were as described with a nice beach view from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and everything was neat and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Chris and Book A Beach truly saved our Thanksgiving. We needed a last-minute place on a holiday, and he stepped up immediately. The condo was spotless, exactly as pictured, no odors, no bugs, and no noise — just a clean, comfortable, oceanfront stay. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and the smart lock code worked perfectly. Communication was incredibly responsive, even when we accidentally locked ourselves out — Chris answered right away and got us back in within minutes. Zero issues during the stay. Highly recommend.

Chris was unbelievably responsive and more then accommodating. The condo itself was by far the nicest I’ve stayed in down here in Pcb and my family and myself have been over 20x. 10/10 would recommend
